This article highlights the importance of close relationships between parents and children in the formation and development of children. Warm and supportive closeness from parents can increase children's self-confidence, social skills and academic achievement. Additionally strong bonds help children develop the ability to manage stress and improve their mental health. This article also discusses factors that cause closeness between parents and children, such as effective communication, responsive parenting and the importance of quality time together. A harmonious relationship between parents and children not only benefits the child, but also strengthens the relationship between the entire family. The implications of this research suggest that efforts to strengthen closeness between parents and children can provide long-term benefits, including improved psychological health and family stability.
