Peranan Istishabul hal dalam ilmu Ushul Nahwu
Kedudukan dan contoh penerapan
Abstract
Nahwu is a science aimed at understanding reading in Arabic. It was codified by Imam Abu Aswad Al-Du'aly on the instructions of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib when he was caliph. Nahwu has an important role in learning in the Arabic world because it covers the structure and procedures of writing. However, there are still many people who study Arabic but do not fully understand the basics of the formation of Nahwu. In the science of Nahwu, there are four foundations used to form the Arabic language: sama', ijma', qiyas, and istishab. Sama' is used as the foundation of Nahwu, which includes the consensus of narrators, Arabs, and Nahwu experts. Then, qiyas includes qiyas of origin, branch of law, and illat. It will discuss istishab hal, or going back to the original meaning of a word and the place where it is used if there is no reason that changes its meaning.
