Peran public relation dalam meningkatkan transparansi operasional perbankan syariah
Abstract
Analyzes the role of (PR) in improving the transparency of Islamic banking operations. The research issues include how PR ensures clear and transparent operational information, the challenges faced, and the effectiveness of PR strategies in building public trust. The aim is to identify effective PR communication strategies, evaluate their effectiveness in building public trust, with the aim of contributing to the development of more effective communication strategies in the Islamic banking sector. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study analysis and previous research. Data was collected through a review of relevant literature to understand the role of Public Relations (PR) in improving the transparency of Islamic banking operations. The results of the analysis are expected to provide insight into the challenges faced by PR and the effectiveness of communication strategies in building public trust. The results show that public relations (PR) has a crucial role in improving the transparency of Islamic banking operations. PR is effective in delivering clear and accurate information, and is responsive to public feedback. Challenges faced include information complexity and negative public perception. A good communication strategy can build trust and increase public literacy towards Islamic banking products. The conclusion of this study confirms that the role of Public Relations (PR) in Islamic banking is vital to increase transparency and build public trust. PR functions as a liaison that conveys information clearly and accurately, in accordance with sharia principles. Through effective communication strategies, PR can overcome negative stigma and increase public literacy towards Islamic banking products.
