Peran manajemen strategis dalam meningkatkan efisiensi keuangan perbankan
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the role of strategic management in improving banking financial efficiency. Through literature studies and case analysis, this research shows that implementing effective management strategies can help banks improve their financial performance. Key management strategy components such as environmental analysis, strategy formulation, and implementation are critical in achieving these goals. This research also highlights the importance of utilizing technology and adapting to changes in the business environment.
