Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia's economy, but often face challenges in accessing financing and managing finances. This study discusses the role of strategic management in improving the performance of MSMEs through collaboration with financial institutions. Good strategic management can help MSMEs formulate clear plans, manage resources efficiently, and improve financial literacy. In addition, the use of financial technology (FinTech) can overcome barriers to financial access. Research shows that financial training and education provided by financial institutions contribute to improving the performance of MSMEs. With an integrated and collaborative approach, it is hoped that MSMEs can contribute more to national economic growth. Through increasing financial literacy and support from financial institutions, MSMEs are expected to optimize their potential to achieve long-term sustainability.
