Abstract

In the banking sector, relationships between companies and investors are very important to build trust, maintain reputation and ensure company sustainability. Public Relations (PR) has a crucial role in fostering and managing this relationship. This article discusses in depth the role of PR in managing investor relations in the banking sector, starting from transparent communication, crisis management, to managing company reputation. With an effective communication approach and a well-planned strategy, PR can help create sustainable trust between the bank and its investors, which in turn can support the company's financial stability and growth. The role of Public Relations (PR) is very vital in building and maintaining harmonious relationships with investors through transparent, timely communication, and strategic management of company perception and reputation.
