Abstract

Public Relations (Public Relation) plays a crucial role in supporting internal corporate communication to achieve organizational goals effectively. This article explores the functions of Public Relation in maintaining a smooth flow of communication between management and employees, as well as fostering harmonious relationships within the company. By managing information apPublic RelationoPublic Relationiately, Public Relation contributes to creating a positive work culture, enhancing employee motivation, and strengthening engagement. Additionally, Public Relation helps mitigate internal conflicts and assists management in conveying strategic messages clearly and consistently. Through an integrated communication apPublic Relationoach, Public Relation acts as an efficient link between different departments and organizational levels, ensuring that all team members share a common understanding of the company’s objectives. This research highlights the importance of effective internal communication strategies in boosting Public Relationoductivity and sustaining the company’s long-term success.
