Menerapkan analisis PESTEL dalam manajemen strategi perbankan syariah untuk mendukung ekonomi hijau
Abstract
Islamic banking plays a vital role in supporting the green economic transition. It must consider factors such as macroeconomic stability, inflation, and interest rates. By offering Sharia-compliant financing, Islamic banks can support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the green sector, even though global risks and price fluctuations pose challenges. Social awareness of environmental conservation, aligned with Islamic principles, offers opportunities for green financial products. Technological innovations like fintech enhance efficiency and reduce carbon footprints. Legal frameworks ensure compliance with Sharia and environmental principles. Further research is recommended to explore specific factors within the PESTEL framework in different countries or regions, as strategies may vary depending on the political, economic, and regulatory contexts. Comparative analysis between countries or regions can provide valuable insights for Islamic banking.
