Analisis peran artificial intelligence dalam mepengaruhi kinerja bank syariah di indonesia
Abstract
The digital era has brought significant transformation in various sectors, including banking, where Artificial Intelligence (AI) is one of the most important innovations. This research aims to understand how the application of AI can affect the performance of Islamic banks in Indonesia, especially in the context of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Through a context analysis method that includes a literature review, this study highlights various applications of AI, ranging from data analytics to customer service, as well as challenges faced by Islamic banks, such as data security and compliance with sharia principles. The results show that AI can improve the performance of Islamic banks by offering more responsive and relevant solutions to customers. However, challenges such as implementation costs and cybersecurity risks require special attention. This research provides recommendations for an effective AI implementation strategy that meets market needs, and encourages stakeholders to utilize this technology for sustainable growth in the Islamic banking industry.
