Analisis Strategi Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Beasiswa dalam Meningkatkan Reputasi PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy implemented through the scholarship program by PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and its impact on its reputation. In a situation of fierce competition in the Islamic banking sector, the scholarship program is expected to make a significant contribution to BSI's image as a financial institution that cares about education and community development. The research method used is a literature review, by collecting and analyzing data from various relevant sources. The findings of the study show that the BSI scholarship program not only offers financial aid to students, but also serves in shaping future leaders through leadership training and character development. In addition, cooperation with educational institutions strengthens professional networks for scholarship recipients. The positive impact of this program on BSI's reputation is measured through increased public trust and recognition from third parties. This research is expected to be a reference for other companies in designing and implementing CSR programs that focus on education, as well as providing insight into the importance of CSR strategies in strengthening the company's reputation
