Kolaborasi Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) dan Rumah BUMN: Efektivitas dan Dampaknya Terhadap Pertumbuhan UMKM di Indonesia

Abstract

This research explores the collaboration between Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) and Rumah BUMN in supporting the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, the results show that despite significant synergies, challenges remain, such as uneven accessibility of the programmes, varying quality of training, and suboptimal coordination between the two programmes. MSMEs in rural areas experience difficulties in accessing KUR and training from Rumah BUMN, and face limitations in digital infrastructure. While some sectors, such as trade and services, showed improvements, the agriculture and manufacturing sectors still lagged behind. Recommendations include improving accessibility, tailoring training to local needs, and improving digital infrastructure so that all MSMEs can make the most of the programmes.
