Analisis strategi inovasi produk dalam meningkatkan daya saing pada bank btpn syariah di era digital
Abstract
This research discusses the digital product innovation strategy carried out by Bank BTPN Syariah to increase competitiveness in the digital era. The innovations implemented include the development of sharia mobile banking applications, digitization of financing services, and expansion of access to digital payments. These innovations aim to improve operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and expand service accessibility, especially in areas that are difficult to reach by traditional banks. As a result, this digital innovation has succeeded in reducing operational costs, increasing customer satisfaction, and expanding Bank BTPN Syariah's market reach. In addition, the development of digital products also helps banks to be more competitive in dealing with fintech companies that are strong competitors in the banking sector. This study concludes that digital innovation is an important element in maintaining the bank's competitiveness, with the recommendation that Bank BTPN Syariah continue to invest in digital technology and customer education related to digital literacy. This step is considered crucial to ensure that banks remain relevant and competitive amid ever-changing technological developments in the banking industry.
