Strategi bank syariah dalam meningkatkan minat menabung pada generasi digital dalam menghadapi resesi ekonomi
Abstract
This research discusses Islamic banks' strategies to increase savings interest among the digital generation amid the economic recession. The main focus includes increasing interest in saving, the role of digital technology in the strategy, and the impact of the recession on saving behavior. The research objectives include identifying effective strategies, analyzing the role of technology, and exposing the impact of the recession, with the aim of increasing Islamic financial literacy and transparency in fund management.This research uses a qualitative approach with direct observation and literature review. Observations were made to capture the participants' reality naturally, while the literature review examined relevant academic sources to understand related concepts and theories. Data from both methods were analyzed using thematic analysis, which aims to identify important patterns and themes, thus providing a deeper understanding of the phenomenon under study.The results showed that Islamic banks' strategies in increasing interest in saving in the digital generation involved effective marketing, product innovation, and the use of digital technology. The economic recession encourages wiser saving behavior, with the digital generation tending to choose Islamic banks as a safe and ethical solution. Education on Islamic financial products and operational transparency are key to attracting customers. The conclusion of this study shows that Islamic banks can increase the digital generation's interest in saving through effective marketing strategies, product innovation, and utilization of digital technology. The economic recession has encouraged this generation to be more prudent in financial management, making Islamic banks a safe and ethical choice. Education and operational transparency are key in attracting customers.
