Strategi Manajemen Modal Intelektual dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Perbankan Syariah: Sebuah Tinjauan Literatur
Abstract
Intellectual capital has become an increasingly important strategic asset in the Islamic banking industry in the era of a knowledge-based economy. This research aims to analyze effective intellectual capital management strategies in increasing the competitiveness of Islamic financial institutions. Through a systematic literature review, this study explores various approaches to managing intellectual capital components, including human capital, structural capital, and relational capital, which are relevant to the unique context of Islamic banking. The results of the analysis identified several key strategies, such as developing sharia competency-based training programs, implementing an integrated knowledge management system, investing in sharia-compliant product and service innovation, and developing strategic partnerships with stakeholders. These findings provide important implications for Islamic banking practitioners in designing and implementing effective intellectual capital management strategies. In addition, this research also highlights areas that require further investigation for researchers, especially in terms of measuring the impact of intellectual capital on the performance and competitiveness of Islamic banking. Thus, this study contributes to a more comprehensive understanding of the strategic role of intellectual capital management in enhancing the competitive position of Islamic financial institutions in the global market.
