Transformasi sektor informal ke digital
Model pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat berbasis platform
Abstract
This study investigates the transition of the informal sector to the digital economy using a platform approach as a model of community economic empowerment. The study, which used a mixed technique with a sequential explanatory approach, included 200 informal business actors from five major cities in Indonesia. The findings revealed that 73% of informal business actors who switched to digital platforms saw an average income gain of 45% and a market reach growth of up to 160%. Digital literacy (p<0.05), infrastructure assistance (p<0.01), and long-term mentoring all have a substantial impact on digital transformation success. The empowerment model proposed consists of four stages: digital readiness assessment, capacity building, platform integration, and long-term mentorship.
