Abstract
This article discusses the role of ethics in business treatment of consumers as a strategy for build trust. In an increasingly competitive business context, ethics has become an important foundation to create a strong relationship between the company and consumers. thisresearch identifies ethical elements such as honesty, transparency, and social responsibility that contribute to increased consumer loyalty. By analyzing various case studies, this article provides insight into how ethical practices can improve brand reputation and drive long term growth. In conclusion, the application of ethical principles in interactions with consumers is the key to creating sustainable trust
