Abstract
Management of educators and education personnel is an important aspect in managing human resources at the education level. The main objective of this management is to optimize the quality, competence, and effectiveness of the work of educators, both teachers and lecturers, and education personnel such as staff, administration, librarians, laboratory assistants, and others to achieve their goals. This educator management includes the process of recruitment, development, performance assessment, and provision of incentives that aim to improve the professionalism and motivation of educators. Meanwhile, management of education personnel emphasizes more on the management of administrative resources and services that support contributions to a conducive learning environment. Good management in Education is very important to improve the quality of teaching and learning. The Head of Education must lead effectively so that the goals of Education are achieved. With proper management, the potential of educators and education personnel can be maximized, so that the quality of education increases.
