Abstract

A business feasibility study is a crucial initial stage in planning the establishment of a Bank Mega Syariah branch in Malang. The city was chosen due to its stable economic potential, developing education and tourism sectors, and a predominantly Muslim population with high awareness of Islamic values. This study evaluates essential aspects, including market and marketing, legal, financial, environmental, and management and human resources, to ensure the feasibility of the new branch's operations. From a legal perspective, Bank Mega Syariah complies with Islamic banking regulations and related laws, demonstrating a strong commitment to Islamic principles. The environmental aspect includes challenges in economic conditions and competition, which drive innovation and the need for better understanding of technology. Marketing strategies, supported by synergies within the CT Corp group, strengthen growth potential. Technically, the bank prioritizes the development of digital technology to support faster and safer services. Financial analysis shows improvements in investment management and capital structure strengthening, though challenges in profitability remain. The environmental impact analysis emphasizes the importance of implementing eco-friendly practices and CSR programs. Overall, this study supports the establishment of a new Bank Mega Syariah branch in Malang, which is expected to expand Islamic financial inclusion and contribute to local economic growth.
