Abstract
This article discusses the concept of Islamisation of science as an effort to make modern science in line with Islamic values. With ontological, epistemological and axiological foundations, this concept focuses on the integration of revelation and reason as sources of knowledge, and emphasises moral and spiritual values in the development of knowledge. The discussion includes the historical background, motivating factors, and the advantages and disadvantages of this concept. Islamisation of science aims to overcome the crisis of secularism in modern science and offers a holistic approach that unites material and spiritual aspects. However, it faces challenges in the form of implementation complexity, resistance from secular paradigms, and limited understanding in society. With this approach, Islamisation of science is expected to provide solutions to the challenges of modern civilisation in a holistic and sustainable manner.
