Abstract
This article discusses the impact of coding errors on the mental health and effectiveness of task completion time for computer science students. In the realm of programming, mistakes in code often pose significant challenges that not only affect productivity but also the mental well-being of students. Research indicates that stress and anxiety caused by coding errors can disrupt the learning process and negatively impact student motivation. Furthermore, errors in code can prolong task completion times, thereby hindering efficient time management. This article also explores strategies to address coding errors, including support from instructors and peers, as well as the importance of developing fundamental programming skills. By understanding the relationship between coding errors, mental health, and time efficiency, it is hoped that better solutions can be found to enhance the learning experience for computer science students.
