Nilai-nilai pancasila dalam menggali kearifan lokal tradisi baritan di desa butun, kabupaten blitar
Abstract
Pancasila, as the ideology of the Indonesian state, emphasizes the values of togetherness and mutual cooperation as the main pillars in national and state life. One of them is the implementation of the third principle of Pancasila, namely "Unity of Indonesia," which plays a crucial role in efforts of mutual cooperation for environmental cleanup. This article explores effective strategies in engaging the residents of Butun Village to participate in mutual cooperation activities for cleaning the village. The research results identify several key successful strategies, including active outreach about the benefits of mutual cooperation, the involvement of community leaders in motivating residents, and the implementation of a simple incentive system for participation awards. This article concludes that these strategies are not only effective in increasing resident involvement but also strengthen the sense of togetherness and social responsibility in the community. The recommendations given include strengthening the participatory approach, improving communication, and developing reward mechanisms as a way to optimize resident participation in mutual cooperation programs.
