Peran Hukum Ekonomi Syariah dalam Mendorong Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Berbasis Nilai Islam
Abstract
Islamic Economic Law is a branch of legal studies focusing on the application of Sharia principles in economic activities. This article explores the role of Islamic economic law in fostering economic growth rooted in Islamic values. Using a normative analysis approach and case studies, the article examines various aspects such as justice, transparency, and sustainability, which form the core of the Sharia economic system. The findings reveal that Islamic economic law not only promotes balance in economic transactions but also contributes to poverty alleviation through mechanisms like zakat, waqf, and Islamic microfinance. Therefore, the implementation of Islamic economic law holds significant potential in building an economic ecosystem that is more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable, aligned with Islamic principles. The implementation of Sharia Economic Law can strengthen the economic resilience of society by creating a fairer and more responsible mechanism, while reducing the risk of exploitation in the financial sector. Thus, Sharia Economic Law not only provides solutions to existing economic problems, but also paves the way for a more harmonious and equitable economic system.
