Penerapan qowaid fiqhiyyah dalam kehidupan sehari-hari

The existence of qowaid fiqhiyyah functions as a practical guide sourced from the Al-Qur'an and hadith. With this qowaid, ulama and fuqoha can formulate life guidelines for Muslims that are adapted to the context of different times and places. Islam provides humans with the opportunity to carry out ijtihad through scholars who have authority, using various methods taught by the Prophet such as ijma', qiyas, istishab and istislah, which methods enable the search for truth that has not been explained in detail in the Al-Qur'an. 'an and hadith. These five rules of fiqh are also often used as a basis and support in overcoming the problems of the people from classical times to the present, because as Islam continues to develop, there are more and more problems for which there are no sharih arguments in the Al-Qur'an or hadith, then these rules appear. becomes a middle way to answer these contemporary problems
