The development of technology in the digital era has demanded a transformation in the field of education. The Government of the Republic of Indonesia has responded to this by initiating policies to build a national education platform based on technology. This policy aims to improve quality, provide ease of access, flexibility, and relevance of education through the integration of technology with Pancasila values. This study aims to analyze the implementation of this policy at Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang. Using a quantitative approach with questionnaires distributed openly to 35 students, the results showed positive and supportive feedback for the policy implemented by the university. The system utilizes a Learning Management System (LMS) and various digital platforms to facilitate both online and offline learning. However, challenges such as access inequality, infrastructure limitations, and low effectiveness of online learning persist. The study recommends equitable improvement of technology infrastructure, teacher training, and regular evaluations to optimize hybrid learning. By implementing these steps, it is hoped that technology-based learning systems can more effectively support inclusive, adaptive education that remains grounded in Pancasila values.
