CV. Progressive is a company engaged in the food and fisheries sector. The main product of this company is instant fish sauce with the Sambeleo brand, an innovative processed fishery product with the concept of instant chili sauce with a combination of fish ingredients that are ready for consumption. This fish selection is a solution in increasing the selling value of fish from fish farmers and fishermen. The company has implemented business planning through priority scale developments for Sambeleo products through 9 elements of the Business model canvas consisting of Value Propositions, Customer Segments, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Cost Structures, Key Partnerships, Key Resources, and Key Activities. The company maximizes the potential of local fisheries by using local raw materials obtained from farmers and fishermen around the production site and opens jobs by recruiting 2 production employees and 1 distribution employee. Based on the production capacity, the company can measure the income and profits. In 2018-2019 the company succeeded in producing 16,000 products for one year with a profit margin of 30% or the equivalent of Rp. 81,000,000.
