Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Canva sebagai Media Pembelajaran Kreatif dan Inovatif bagi Mahasiswa

Abstract

This study aims to explore the utilization of the Canva application as a learning medium for students. Canva, as a web-based graphic design platform, offers various features that can support the teaching and learning process to become more creative and innovative. Using a literature review method, this research analyzes various journal sources discussing the use of Canva in the context of higher education. The findings indicate that the use of Canva can enhance students' creativity, engagement, and understanding of learning materials (Yuliana et al., 2023). Additionally, Canva facilitates student collaboration in completing project-based assignments (Filla & Mudinillah, 2022). However, training and guidance are necessary to ensure the optimal utilization of Canva in the learning process (Alfian et al., 2022). Another study also found that Canva contributes to learning Arabic reading skills among tenth-grade students at MAN Kota Batu (Rahmayanti et al., 2023). Therefore, this study provides strategic recommendations for educational institutions in utilizing Canva as a learning aid.
