Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has become an integral part of information system development in various sectors, including business, education, and government. The use of AI in information systems enables process automation, faster data analysis, and improved operational efficiency. This article aims to analyze the role of artificial intelligence in the development of information systems in the digital era. The research method used is a literature review and analysis of recent AI technologies. The findings indicate that integrating AI into information systems enhances decision-making speed, supports predictive analytics, and optimizes user experience. However, challenges remain in AI implementation, such as the need for adequate infrastructure and ethical concerns regarding data usage. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed in AI application to maximize its benefits for future information systems.
