The Islamic capital market in Indonesia has grown rapidly as an alternative investment that adheres to Islamic principles. However, legal certainty in Sharia transactions remains a major challenge for investors and market participants. This article aims to analyze legal certainty in Sharia transactions within the Indonesian capital market by examining existing regulations, DSN-MUI fatwas, and the challenges faced in their implementation. This study employs a literature review and regulatory analysis method. The findings indicate that although regulations governing the Islamic capital market exist, challenges persist in harmonizing positive law with Sharia principles. Therefore, enhanced supervision, investor education, and regulatory improvements are needed to strengthen legal certainty in Sharia transactions within Indonesia's capital market.
