Pengaruh diskriminasi dan eksklusi di era generasi - z
Abstract
Discrimination and social exclusion are challenges that hinder the creation of a just and inclusive society. Overcoming them requires deep understanding and action to respect human rights and diversity. Generation Z, with its critical, open, and tech-savvy character. And also has a strategic role as someone who will influence social change. Through the use of technology and high social awareness, they can encourage the creation of a more equal environment free from injustice. The active role of Generation Z is crucial in shaping a more inclusive Indonesia, where diversity is highly tolerated. Generation Z has a great opportunity to be a driver of change regarding discrimination and exclusion. With the spirit and awareness to change Indonesia into a golden country and also have a golden generation, they can lead the Movement towards a more inclusive society and respect human rights.
