Abstract
Currently, the world of work in indonesia is experiencing many changes, especially due to technological advances and changes in industry needs. Fields such as digital technology, the creative economy, and manufacturing continue to grow, creating demand for innovative young talent. In an era like this, young people have the opportunity to becom agents of change and drivers of innovation with relevant skills such as critical thinking, good adaptability and a willingness to continue learning. In addition, the younger generation will also face problems such as differences between educational standars and industry needs, which makes competition complicated in getting jobs. Because they do not have adequate work experience, many new graduates have difficulty getting jobs. In addition, homework continues to face problems such as limited social security, the dominance of informal jobs, and disguised unemployment. In this case, the government must pay attention to overcoming differences. To ensure that young indonesians can take advantage of existing opportunities and become the backbone of national development, organized internship programs, relevant skills training, and supportive policies are needed.
