Tinjauan hukum, tentang implementasi kurikulum islam
Abstract
This article discusses the importance of implementing an Islamic curriculum from a fiqh perspective in response to the increasingly complex challenges of modern education and the moral crisis facing the younger generation. This article emphasizes that the Islamic curriculum is not only intended to provide education, but also to build honest, moral, and spiritually qualified individuals. This is achieved through an integrative approach between Islamic values, fiqh principles, and the importance of character education. In this study, the concept of educational fiqh, the definition of Islamic education, and the basic principles of the Islamic curriculum centered on maqasid sharia are discussed. In addition, fiqh rules such as al-umuru bimaqashidiha and al-darar yuzal are examined as a basis for building a curriculum. The results of the study indicate that the Islamic curriculum has great potential to produce a good generation that is not only intellectually intelligent but also has noble character. However, the curriculum still faces many internal and external challenges in its implementation. Therefore, collective awareness and the right approach are needed to develop and implement an Islamic curriculum effectively amidst the dynamics of the times.
