Edukasi dan literasi digital sebagai kunci pemahaman layanan BYOND BSI di kalangan nasabah
Abstract
The rapid digitalization in Islamic banking has encouraged Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) to launch the BYOND BSI application as a transformation of its previous digital service, BSI Mobile. This application offers various innovative features, including online account opening, financial transactions, Islamic investment, and digital zakat and donation services. However, the adoption of this technology faces challenges, particularly among customers with low levels of digital literacy. Limited understanding of BYOND BSI’s features and functions may create resistance and decrease customer trust. Therefore, digital education and literacy play a crucial role in bridging the knowledge gap and enhancing the utilization of Islamic digital banking services. This paper highlights the importance of continuous educational strategies through tutorials, interactive content, and official BSI channels to ensure a smooth transition from BSI Mobile to BYOND BSI, while also strengthening customer trust in digital Islamic banking services.
