Efektivitas program pendidikan profesi guru (PPG) dalam jabatan terhadap kinerja guru di SDN Kemantrenrejo 1
Abstract
SDN Kemantrenrejo 1 School is an educational institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture which is in great demand by the people in the area. Because of its good reputation in providing quality education and teachers who have excellent potential and performance. The purpose of this study is to obtain answers and meanings related to the PPG program in positions and its relationship with teacher performance at SDN Kemantrenrejo 1. The location of this research is at SDN Kemantrenrejo 1, Pasuruan Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative method. Data collection is carried out by interview method and collects information from various literature, books, articles or journals related to the object of research. The results of the study showed that the teachers of SDN Kemantrenrejo 1. The results of the study show that the teachers of SDN Kemantrenrejo 1 have experienced changes in teacher performance, which can be seen from the teachers' skills in managing learning that are increasing, the teachers' ability to design and implement more effective and innovative learning programs, as well as a higher level of motivation and teacher involvement in school activities and the development of their professionalism. However, there are still several things that need to be considered by the school, especially the principal, such as supporting and easing the teaching time of teachers who participate in the PPG program, giving appreciation to teachers, and holding workshops and training to develop teachers' potential.
