Pengaruh keterampilan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi aritmatika sosial kelas VII Mts Darul Ma’arif Lamongan
Abstract
Skills in Education are a process that every educator needs to improve learning outcomes. Education has an important role in a country to be used as a measure of the level of human resources. Hamdani stated that a system carried out in learning aims to produce maximum learning outcomes. So that in learning, skills are needed by educators to produce maximum student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is 1) to find out how educator skills influence learning outcomes, 2) to find out educator skills in conducting learning. Researchers use a qualitative approach with a case study research type. In this case study, researchers conducted on educator skills in conducting learning on social arithmetic material at MTs Darul Ma'arif. The results of the study are: 1) educator skills in carrying out the learning process that educators before carrying out learning prepare the media to be used by fulfilling cognitive aspects, affective aspects, and psychomotor aspects. 2) the influence of educator skills in conducting learning to improve student learning outcomes by carrying out these three aspects which have positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that it increases student learning outcomes more optimally. The negative impact is that educators need more time to prepare in the learning process.
