Permasalahan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia (HAM) dalam perspektif pancasila
Abstract
Human Rights (HR) violations continue to be a crucial issue in the dynamics of national and state life in Indonesia. Although the constitution guarantees the protection of human rights, in reality, various forms of violations still frequently occur in civil, political, and social domains. Pancasila, as the foundation of the state and the nation's way of life, plays a significant role in providing moral, ethical, and philosophical guidance in upholding human rights. Through values of just and civilized humanity, social justice, and unity, Pancasila can serve as a basis for preventing and overcoming human rights violations. This article discusses how human rights violations occur in Indonesia, the contributing factors, and how Pancasila can provide a framework for fair and just resolution that aligns with the nation's identity. By linking the theory of universal human rights and the values of Pancasila, this article is expected to contribute ideas for strengthening legal culture and public awareness in the effort to uphold human rights.
