Manajemen strategik sumber daya manusia dalam bank syariah

Abstract

Strategic human resource (HR) management is crucial for maintaining the viability and competitiveness of Islamic banks. This paper explains how Islamic banks manage their HR to address two key challenges: competence and adherence to Sharia principles. HR in Islamic banks needs to possess professional banking skills and understand the Islamic values ​​that underpin the institution's operations. With appropriate strategies, such as values-focused recruitment, integrated training, Sharia-based performance appraisals, and strengthening an Islamic work culture, Islamic banks can improve the quality and integrity of their employees. This paper also emphasizes the importance of the interplay between competence and adherence, and how leadership based on Sharia values ​​contributes to the creation of an ethical and efficient work environment. With sound HR management in accordance with Islamic principles, Islamic banks can develop sustainably and positively impact the country's economy.
