Penerapan manajemen strategi terhadap lembaga keuangan syariah (lks) di era digital
Abstract
This study explains the application of strategic management in Islamic financial institutions (IFIs) in the digital age, characterized by advances in information and communication technology. Digitalization is a crucial element for improving efficiency, transparency, and service quality in Islamic finance. By utilizing technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), big data, blockchain, and fintech, IFIs are able to expand services, accelerate transactions, and improve customer satisfaction without compromising Sharia principles. This study also highlights the opportunities and challenges faced by IFIs in their digitalization journey, including the importance of human resource readiness, data protection, and adherence to Islamic law. The analysis shows that the implementation of digital management strategies has a positive impact on operational efficiency, increased customer satisfaction, and IFIs' business growth. Therefore, a digital management strategy that aligns with Sharia principles is a crucial step in strengthening the competitiveness and sustainability of Islamic financial institutions in the modern era.
