Rekonseptualisasi pendidikan anti-korupsi di Indonesia
Analisis kritis kesenjangan implementasi berbasis sistem etika Pancasila
Abstract
This study aims to conceptually analyze the failure of Anti-Corruption Education (ACE) in Indonesia as a result of the philosophical disconnection from Pancasila as an ethical system. The method used is conceptual analysis with a critical literature study approach. The analysis focuses on deconstructing the values within each precept of Pancasila as an ethical foundation for integrity and synthesizing two major research gaps: (1) the pedagogical gap in ACE assessment, which is overly focused on the cognitive domain, and (2) the ethical gap in value internalization, marked by a crisis of exemplary behavior. The results of this study argue that the current failure of ACE is rooted in the reduction of education from the affective-philosophical realm (character building) to the cognitive-legalistic realm (legal knowledge). The internalization of the Pancasila ethical system, not merely the addition of Pancasila as a subject, is the conceptual prerequisite for bridging the gap between knowing about corruption and possessing an anti-corruption character.
