Peran pustakawan dalam mendorong kesejahteraan digital dan informasi
Abstract
he rapid development of digital technology has increased society’s need for safe, reliable, and easily accessible information. In this context, librarians no longer serve only as collection managers but also as guides who help people understand, select, and use information wisely. Their role can be seen through digital literacy services, assistance in using online information sources, and the provision of learning spaces that promote comfort and digital safety. In addition, librarians help the community avoid misinformation by educating them on how to evaluate the authenticity and quality of information. Through these efforts, librarians contribute to strengthening digital well-being, a condition in which people are able to use technology and information in a healthy, productive, and responsible manner.
