Internalisasi nilai pancasila sebagai upaya penanggulangan korupsi di kalangan mahasiswa di Indonesia
Abstract
This study examines the internalization of Pancasila values as an effort to prevent academic corruption among university students. Using a literature review with a qualitative approach, this research analyzes scholarly works and official data related to academic integrity, character education, and the national corruption landscape. The findings reveal that micro-corruption practices, such as cheating, plagiarism, proxy attendance, and data manipulation, reflect a weak embodiment of the values of honesty, justice, responsibility, and mutual cooperation. The low internalization of Pancasila is influenced by individual attitudes, theoretical-based learning, and a permissive campus culture. This study proposes six strategies for strengthening internalization, including academic integrity reinforcement, lecturer role-modeling, transparent campus governance, technological monitoring, habituation programs, and a consistent reward–punishment system. Internalizing Pancasila values is essential for fostering anti-corruption character and building an ethical academic environment.
