Adab Berkeluarga dalam Al-Qur’an: Studi Tematik Nilai-nilai Etika Rumah Tangga
Abstract
This study discusses manners in family life as found in the Qur'an, by conducting a thematic study based on verses that discuss ethics in the household. The study focuses on the principle of mu'āsyarah bi al-ma'rūf as the main basis for the relationship between husband and wife, as well as other ethical values such as justice, compassion, deliberation, and responsibility. This approach also touches on the mubadalah paradigm as a framework that emphasizes an equal relationship between the two partners. Several verses, such as QS. al-Rūm [30]:21 and QS. at-Taḥrīm [66]:6, are analyzed as the basis for forming a harmonious family, full of compassion, and with a moral commitment to participating in educating and caring for family members. The results of the study show that the Qur'an not only provides guidance from a spiritual perspective but also provides guidelines in practical aspects of family life, such as how to interact, divide tasks, and protect family members. This study confirms that the ethical values contained in the Qur'an are still relevant for strengthening family resilience amid current social and cultural challenges. These findings are expected to enrich studies on the family in Islamic studies and serve as a basis for further research on family ethics and social dynamics in the modern era.
