Abstract

Bullying among adolescents remains a serious issue that affects their psychological, social, and academic development. Prevention and intervention efforts require comprehensive education, one of which is through strengthening religious moderation based on the values of Pancasila. This study aims to analyze the role of religious moderation, which emphasizes attitudes of tolerance, non-violence, and acceptance of diversity in line with Pancasila, in shaping adolescents’ character to become more open to differences and civilized in behavior. The research method used is a literature review by examining journals, research reports, and educational documents related to religious moderation, character education, and the phenomenon of bullying. The results of the study indicate that instilling religious moderation values aligned with the principles of Pancasila can strengthen empathy, mutual respect, and the ability to resolve conflicts peacefully. Through the implementation of these values in the curriculum, school culture, and guidance programs, bullying behavior can be reduced and social relations among adolescents can become more harmonious. Thus, religious moderation based on Pancasila becomes an effective strategy for creating a safe, tolerant, and bullying-free educational environment.
