The principal holds a crucial role as the visionary, the driver of change, a role model, and the manager of resources who ensures that every innovation can be implemented sustainably.Future-oriented leadership is essential for establishing clear goals for adjustment, outlining its level of importance, and formulating strategic steps that can be understood and followed by all school members. In addition, leaders play an important role in shaping a school climate that is cooperative, transparent, and adaptive to new learning methods. Support in the form of motivation, training, facilities, and professional development becomes a key aspect in enhancing teachers’ readiness as the main executors of these changes. Continuous supervision, monitoring, and evaluation are required to ensure that the adjustments proceed according to the established targets. The success of these adjustments is greatly influenced by the leader’s capability, the availability of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the integrity and exemplary behavior shown in carrying out every policy.
