Abstract

This journal discusses the concept and application of student management focused on character development. Character-based management aims to shape students not only academically but also in terms of attitude, morality, and positive values. This study examines strategies, methods, and challenges in implementing character management within the school environment. The research results show that this approach effectively improves students' discipline, sense of responsibility, and integrity, thus supporting the creation of a harmonious and productive learning environment. Recommendations are provided for educators and stakeholders to consistently integrate character values into the learning process and school management.This journal discusses the idea and implementation of student management that focuses on character development. Character-based management aims to shape students not only academically but also in terms of attitude, morality, and positive values. This scientific paper examines the strategies, methods, and challenges in implementing character management in the school environment. The results of the study indicate that a character-based approach can effectively improve student discipline, responsibility, and positive attitudes, thus supporting the creation of a harmonious and productive learning environment. Recommendations are provided for educators and stakeholders to consistently integrate character values ​​into the learning process and school management.
