Strategi optimalisasi aspek pendidikan: metode efektif, sarpras memadai, evaluasi berkelanjutan, dan iklim sekolah positif
Abstract
This study explores ways to enhance educational quality through four key pillars: engaging learning methods, adequate support facilities, ongoing assessments, and a comfortable school environment. Common issues like monotonous teaching, limited resources, minimal feedback, and unsupportive settings often hinder student progress. The proposed approach includes student-centered techniques such as active learning and differentiation, meeting facility standards like proper classrooms, formative evaluations for quick improvements, and fostering positive climates through harmonious relationships and safe spaces. Results indicate that integrating these elements boosts student motivation, improves performance, and creates inclusive learning. Practical recommendations involve teacher training and parental collaboration for sustainable implementation.
