Strategi manajemen risiko untuk meningkatkan stabilitas dan kinerja bisnis
Abstract
This study aims to examine the role of risk management strategies in enhancing a company’s stability and business performance. The method employed is a literature review approach, analyzing various studies related to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). The findings indicate that the systematic implementation of risk management helps organizations effectively identify, evaluate, and control potential risks. Furthermore, integrating risk into the strategic planning process can improve operational efficiency and the quality of decision-making. Thus, risk management strategies contribute to business sustainability, financial stability, and enhanced corporate competitiveness amid the increasingly complex dynamics of the business environment. ERM enables companies to manage various types of risks in an integrated and systematic manner, thereby reducing uncertainty and increasing their ability to anticipate potential losses. Furthermore, ERM also encourages companies to utilize risk as a strategic opportunity to create added value and increase competitiveness.
