Penguatan manajemen risiko generative ai untuk meningkatkan ketahanan organisasi digital
Abstract
Strengthening risk management in the context of Generative AI is crucial to enhancing the resilience of digital organizations in the era of technological transformation. This article aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by organizations in managing risks associated with the implementation of Generative AI. The approach used is a literature review and case study analysis of organizations that have adopted this technology, focusing on identifying potential risks, including those related to data security, ethics, and operations. The proposed solutions include the implementation of an adaptive risk management framework, the development of internal policies based on transparency and accountability principles, and the application of sustainable risk mitigation technologies. The findings of this study suggest that with the right approach, Generative AI can provide significant added value to digital organizations, but it requires careful attention to the risks that may arise. The conclusion of this article is that robust risk management is key to maximizing the potential of Generative AI while maintaining organizational resilience amid digital uncertainties.
