Indonesia, with its 287.6 million people (ranked 4th in the world in 2025), needs strong laws for justice and prosperity. Mutual cooperation and Pancasila are the guiding principles amidst the diversity of tribes such as Javanese, Badui, and Dayak (Al Munawar, 2024. Of the 249 million Muslims (87% of the population), Islamic family law is crucial for sakinah mawaddah warahmah, the pillar of an inclusive state (Nasoha et al., 2025). This research explores the synergy between Pancasila and mutafiq arguments via socio-legal normative juridical perspectives, emphasizing the maqasid of sharia. Pancasila filters sharia norms in line with the constitution, for example the marriage limit of 19 years through SIMKAH-KUA-KHI (Husaini et al., 2025). Pancasila becomes a bridge between ahkam and reality to hifd ad-din, nafs, nasl. Conclusion: Islamic family law is based on dalil, operational in UU-KHI; suggestions for harmonization of dalil-HAM (Hidayatullah & Mustafa, 2024).
