This study aims to analyze the visual forms and philosophical meanings of the reliefs on the gateway of Sunan Sendang Duwur's tomb in Lamongan Regency as an effort to preserve local wisdom. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method with a historical approach, data were collected through literature reviews, field surveys, and physical documentation. The results indicate that the 3.5-meter high and 4-meter long Paduraksa gate features a prominent peacock motif that has undergone stylization into floristic patterns. This reflects a cultural dawah strategy through "visual Islamization" to harmonize pre-Islamic traditions with Islamic values. Semiotic analysis reveals that the wing and peacock reliefs symbolize the spiritual release of humans from worldly attachments toward purity. These findings emphasize the importance of maintaining the existence of heritage sites as evidence of inclusive and harmonious cultural acculturation on Java's northern coast. The documentation of physical dimensions and interpretative meanings is expected to serve as an academic reference for preserving historical values for modern society.
