The low understanding of students toward nahwu (Arabic grammar) material is caused by the use of conventional teaching methods that make students easily bored and less active in the classroom. In this study, the use of learning technology became one of the solutions to create a more interesting and easier learning atmosphere. The results of the study showed that the use of the Educaplay game had a positive impact on both the learning process and learning outcomes. Students became more active, enthusiastic, and easier to understand nahwu rules through educational games such as word guessing, matching answers, and interactive exercises. In addition, the benefits of technology in learning could be seen from the increase in students’ learning motivation. Although there were obstacles related to internet access and some students’ ability to use technology, the learning process could still run effectively and can increase student engagement during learning activities. The use of the Educaplay game also helps ustadz (teachers) deliver nahwu material in a more varied and interactive manner, thus creating a more conducive and enjoyable classroom atmosphere. With the integration of technology into learning, students not only understand the material theoretically but are also able to apply nahwu rules through practical exercises. Therefore, the use of game-based learning media such as Educaplay can be an innovative alternative to improve the quality of Arabic language learning, particularly nahwu material, in Islamic boarding schools.
